RETURN POLICY

You may request a refund for any products, by contacting our staff at support@SLGProLife.com within 14 days from original purchase date. All products are non-refundable after 14 days. No returns or refunds will be accepted without a Return Authorization Form, and past 14 days from original purchase date. SLGProLife reserves the right to inspect returned products before refund is processed.

• MACHINES
Machine refunds will only be processed if the machine is new, unused, and in its original packaging. Machines may NOT be returned if it has been used, and water has been run through it even once.

• PROMOTION ITEMS & ACCESSORIES
Promotion item refunds will only be processed if the product is still new, unused, and in its original packaging and with original tags still on. Promotion items and accessories may NOT be returned if it has been used and opened.

SHIPPING

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship back products in safe and secure packaging conditions. Refunds will not be processed if products are damaged in shipping. Proof of Delivery is required for all returned products.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

SLGProLife does not sell or trade any information collected. SLGProLife only shares information as allowed or required by law and with third-party vendors for our everyday business purposes such as merchant card processing companies.
